Do your convertible cribs come with assembly instructions?
Yes, all our furniture including our bestselling Natart convertible cribs come with detailed assembly instructions. They typically arrive partially assembled for safety during shipping, with all necessary hardware and clear directions for final setup.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days) via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days after processing via EMS

Pro Tip: Order convertible furniture early in your pregnancy to allow plenty of time for delivery and setup.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally from our El Paso warehouse, excluding select remote areas in Asia and other regions. International orders may be subject to customs fees which vary by country. Contact our customer care team to estimate potential additional charges for your destination.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can only modify shipping addresses if the order hasn’t entered processing (within 24 hours). Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number if you need to make changes.
What if my package is delayed?
While rare, delays can occur. Contact us with your tracking number, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate your nursery essentials. We partner with trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx to minimize delays.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
